You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity carried out using your credentials.
3. Nature of the service
Vidnap operates as a neutral video hosting and distribution service and does not perform prior editorial approval of all submitted content.
We may technically process files (e.g. transcoding, thumbnails, player delivery, and embed) to operate the platform.
4. User content and licence
You retain rights to the content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant Vidnap a non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce, and make the content available according to the settings you define.

- You must comply with applicable laws in the jurisdiction of origin and destination.
5. Prohibited content and moderation
It is prohibited to publish illegal, abusive, fraudulent content, content that violates third-party rights, or content that contravenes these Terms.
We may apply moderation measures, including restriction, deactivation, or removal of content and/or accounts, where there is a legal, security, or abuse risk.
6. Plans, subscriptions, and payments
Paid plans, limits, and features are defined in the dashboard and may be updated over time.
Where applicable, charges and renewals are handled by the third-party payment processor contracted by Vidnap.
You are responsible for taxes, fees, and charges applicable to your use of the platform.

To deliver the service, media files and associated assets may be stored, processed, and distributed on third-party infrastructure contracted by Vidnap.
Vidnap adopts reasonable contractual and technical measures to protect this data during processing by external providers.

The platform is provided "as is". Unavailability, maintenance, technical limitations, and third-party failures may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidnap is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a violation of these Terms, a legal requirement, a security risk, or platform abuse.
You may close your account at any time, without prejudice to pending legal obligations.
